Years of Experience
With more than two decades of experience as a strategic advisor, corporate executive, and investment banker, Michael Roub founded Inflection 360 to help healthcare practices and business owners navigate the most critical moments in their business life cycle. Before starting the firm, Michael held senior business development roles at Western Dental Services and U.S. HealthWorks, and spent several years operating multi-specialty surgical centers in Southern California. He began his career in investment banking at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, advising on M&A, capital raising, and corporate restructuring. Michael holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
