Michael Roub is an experienced strategic consultant with more than two decades of expertise working with businesses ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups with an emphasis on healthcare services.
Michael has a particular expertise in the healthcare sector having been a corporate executive with major corporations in the dental (DSO), occupational medicine and ambulatory surgical center industries.
Michael focuses on client relationships where he can provide hands-on guidance and work as a collaborative partner to senior management. His firm belief is that you have to truly engage with the client to understand their strengths and challenges before you can develop a strategic plan for success.
Michael has a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Michael began his career as an investment banker with Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette. While at DLJ Michael focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and public offerings for several firms in a variety of industries.

Michael has worked with numerous start-up and growth stage businesses to accelerate their growth and diversity their customer base. He has been integrally involved with senior management on several projects including acquisitions, divestitures and capital raising activities.
